What is the Proteus Rewards Program?

The Proteus Rewards program is a method for us to show our customers our appreciation. Points are awarded for customers and work like store credit. Customers can accumulate as many points as they desire before redeeming them and they can be used in conjuntion with existing coupons and promotions. This allows our customers the ability to get fantastic discounts on all apparel products.

Do I need to sign up for the Program?

No. Any points earned will be automatically added to your account with each purchase.

How do I earn Rewards Points?

There are two ways to earn rewards points. The first is by purchasing apparel items (decks are not included). With every purchase a customer makes, he/she will automatically receive an amount of points relative to the subtotal dollar amount of the purchase (5 pts per dollar). The second method is by referring friends to our website. Everytime a new customer makes a purchase on our webstore and names you as the referral source (make sure they are specific so we can credit you) you will receive 200 points (equal to $2.00 store credit). There is no limit to how many points you can earn, so refer as many friends as you would like; a few friends can result in you getting free gear!

How do I redeem rewards points?

Redeeming your points is easy. During step 2 of the checkout process (Payments method) there will be a box that asks you if you would like to redeem your points. You are never forced to use your points, so if you want to wait until you can get something entirely free that is your choice. If however you would like to redeem your points, simply check the box and the store credit amount you have earned will be subtracted from your sub-total. Simply select your preferred method of payment for the remaining balance and complete your checkout as normal. If you have excess points, they will remain in your account for later usage. Since rewards points are in essence a store credit and not "a discount," coupons WILL work with them, just remember to enter any coupon codes you have as normal.
